I am in a class and have been assigned to do a 15 minute game or presentation on DISC styles to support what we have learned in class.
How do I purchase the Dr. Suess exercise?

You don’t need to purchase it. We make it available free at DiSC activity with Dr. Seuss quotes. Are you sure you aren’t supposed to create your own game or presentation? I don’t want you to lose any credit for using our exercise.

Hello, I purchased the personal DISC assessment and it didn’t give me information I expected. I would like to request a refund but I do not know where to go for help. Thank you!

I recommend going back to where you purchased the assessment and locating a contact form or phone number and contacting them. As you might have noticed, we recommend the Everything DiSC assessments here, but we do not sell them here. I noticed that you did not use a lowercase i in DISC, so it’s very possible that you purchased a test based on the DISC model. There are several out there that don’t have the same reliability or validity as Everything DiSC.

Communication during the interview process is crucial for both parties, the candidate and employee. I believe that using tools such as a DISC profile in the hiring process will alleviate pressures in the long term and allow for adding the right people with the appropriate skill-set into the position as applicable. This goes for sports players, the medical industry, you name it there is a personality type or two out there that is the best suited for a position. Taking a DISC profile will allow employees to have more transparency with their candidates and allow them to select candidates that will mesh well with the current company culture and hiring the right people will also create a positive workplace and boost morale.

While we know that Everything DiSC is very helpful in onboarding and building your teams, we don’t recommend it being used during the hiring process. DiSC is not a validated hiring tool. A tool like PXT Select, which covers personality and cognition, is predictive of job performance. I like that you mention transparency. With any assessment, it’s important to be transparent about how it will be used.
