Supplement for DiSC Facilitators sample pageFACILITATOR SUPPLEMENT

The Everything DiSC Supplement for Facilitators is a one-page report that provides you with more detailed data about a respondent’s DiSC style and dot placement. It provides scores for all eight DiSC scales: D, Di/iD, i, iS/Si, S, SC/CS, C and CD/DC, giving you more information to help your participant understand their style.

It can be very helpful for coaches and facilitators to use with individuals whose dots are closer to the center of the circle. It’s also valuable to share with someone who feels the report doesn’t fit them well.

The report provides the questionnaire items a person rated highly but aren’t typical for someone with his or her style. This may help undercover the nuances of the person’s style, making it a better fit and more relevant.

It may also be useful if someone has taken DiSC Classic in the past and was an Appraiser or Results Oriented pattern. See also: What happened to my style: iC or DS?

A separate Supplement for Facilitators is available for Everything DiSC Work of Leaders. It shows the priority subscales that match that profile.
