What is
EVERYTHING DISC?
The
Everything DISC Sales profile is only the first of a series of upcoming
topic specific assessment and training tools. (Look for
DISC Management in April 2008.) Expanding on new 2007 research
and the Everything DISC theory model for the online EPIC DISC profiles,
Inscape Publishing introduces the Application Library using the DISC
language for specific environments, like sales or management.
The profile assessment accurately reports the results on the
underlying theory model itself for practical application.
For 35 years DISC users and DISC look-alikes have drawn models
and called them Circumplex survey, DISC-in-the-Round, 360 analysis, four factor models, five factor models,
iDISC, eDisc, the newest knock-off
"name of the day". This profile takes away the
making up of classroom applications and guessing about DISC as
specific to sales environments and sales training.
