The DISC Classic Profile in paper booklet self administered format and in instant results online DISC formats.  DISC provides a nonjudgmental language for exploring behavioral issues. It describes behavior across four primary dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness.  Behavior is an expression of one's personality described in the personal style inventory profile.  The DISC Profile is even called by some a Personality Test DISC Profiler or the DICS test. The proper acronym is DISC. The profile is a behavior assessment to improve work and personal effectiveness.

DISC Certification 2 day classroom train the trainer program. Everything DISC facilitation system is course required text. Always delivered in Minneapolis by corporate training research development staff. Q: Is Certification needed to use DISC Profile tests? A: No, you do not need to be "certified", but you can be.  It is an option available for those developing longer training programs who are employed within training departments or organizations.  If you were trained before April, 2005, when the new research based Everything DISC came out, you are using training information that is at least 12 years, and more likely 25 years, out of date, and no longer accurate.  DISC has grown far beyond the "blue book" into a platform of wide applications, with a dozen paper based and 40+ EPIC DISC online profiles.
